Got a new special and it’s awesome. Refreshing, citrusy. Just the perfect summer drink. Made an Orange and Cardamom cake some time back and thought this needs to be made as a base for espresso tonic. So we did and it’s awesome and you should try it.

Apricot & Yoghurt, Semolina, Olive oil Loaf. Finessed to fuck with olive oil and lemon zest. It’s light, creamy, zesty. And we’ll run it for a short time only so come get while you can.

Preserved Lemon & Cardamom, Semolina Drizzle Cake
We got oven issues but we’re still making bakes to brake your feeble minds.
It’s sharp, syrupy, with a herby under-note cause it’s got olive oil and thyme in there but they’re the supporting cast, not the main affair or something. Anyways I made, you should try it. It slaps.
Our thermostat on our oven gave in and turned our oven into having two modes only: full blast or off. No temp control; had to tap in to the baking thermal waves of the universe and manually switch between the modes. Two stage bake, 70 mins pure ethical baking. This is Third Circle ball--and we still produced the best cheesecake you’ll have all weekend.
We’re a little limited in our offering but we still got the goods!

Olive oil & Semolina w/ Orange & Cardamom Cake
First sight of the blessed rays of the sun in sky and we being out all the citrus flavours. Made it over the weekend and it was was outrageously delicious and fresh— citrusy, floral, tangy and creamy with the labneh. It’s as good as it’s pretty, so I made another today.
Served with some labneh and a drizzle of olive oil to bring it all together. 11.5/10 oranges, would recommend.
