I went to college for four years, and all I got was this B.S. 🎓
Last weekend I graduated summa cum laude, with a 4.0 GPA from Fairmont State University. I also had the absolute pleasure of being the commencement speaker for the College of Business and Aviation and College of Liberal Arts graduation ceremony (included a lil snippet of my speech on the last slide 🤭). It was truly one of the best experiences I have ever had! During my time at FSU, I was also inducted into the Kappa Omicron Chapter of the Delta Mu Delta International Honor Society during my junior year, and was recently named Outstanding Senior in Business for the 2025-2026 school year.
Thank you to all of my friends and family that were able to show up, and sent me well wishes from afar! Your support means the world to me, and I love you all more than you know ❤️

Lovely evening in Lynott's of Meath Street with great friends as Jim Fitzpatrick visited and signed a beautifully detailed image of Phil Lynott which will have pride of place in the bar, amongst numerous other photos and images. It was great to chat to Jim about his grandfather Thomas who was a brilliant political cartoonist and founder of The Lepracaun magazine. Jim told me that James Joyce often contibuted to it. Philip Parris Lynott (1949 - 1986) was an Irish musician who was the co-founder, lead vocalist, bassist, and primary songwriter of the hard rock band Thin Lizzy. He was noted for his distinctive pick-based style on the bass and for his imaginative lyrics, including working-class tales and numerous characters drawn from personal influences and Celtic culture. Jim Fitzpatrick designed many memorable album covers throughout his career, but perhaps the most iconic were the ones he created for the Irish band Thin Lizzy. And among them, the most famous one was the artwork for Black Rose. An album cover so iconic that it later became an Irish national stamp.
