After two and a half years in Australia, we are back in Manchester and excited to announce a @ThingsPalace pop-up at @flawdwine .
It will be amazing to work together again with @serinamnam , @josephotway and the team after all these years. We have enjoyed putting together a special menu featuring @cinderwoodmarketgarden produce, local beef, pork and Seri's unique preservations.

Had a great time with @vincenttran.send making this video. We spent the day doing some of my favourite things: exploring Preston market, cooking new ingredients and chatting about food.

Two dinners left at Little Andorra. It has been so great cooking for everyone. A few plates from last week:
(2) bonito aged in seaweed, rye shoyu glaze & wakame oil
(3) Snaked beans fried with homemade doubanjang
This Monday the menu will feature giant Vietnamese cucumber, manjimup truffle and hog plum/ kedondong. Come get involved, there are a few tables left for both dates. 😉

A brown sugar, treacle and golden syrup cake, spiced with cassia bark, mace and ginger. Covered in a Victoria chestnut miso caramel sauce, and finished with a condensed milk creme anglaise foam.

We're excited to announce that the Things Palace Supper Club will be at Little Andorra for four Monday nights in July.

Tandoori Brassica Skewer

Cabbage, brussel sprout and broccoli covered in a tandoori marinate and grilled over the hitbachi. Finished with a lemon yoghurt, green capsicum and lime pickle. So good!
