This is one of the first Hands to Hold I made with @tripish Iv been lucky to travel a lot with this guy, this was my favourite hike of all time up to Rotomairewhenua the freshest and clearest lake in the world. We did 8 days up and around the area and this guy looked good out there. :)
A Hand to Hold, the intention of having one of these hands is for you to clip it to your clothes or bag so that it hangs in a way that ensures you always have a hand to hold no matter where you are! I have been making these for that past 5 years for my friends and after many requests I am making them to sell. :) I just made my first batch and they are up for sale at @monstersoftheunderworld in New Orleans. Here are some of my cute friends with their hands. :)

I think felting is the way to go to really get the crooke-ness that I’m trying to capture in the 2D version of me.
In my minds eye all I see when I think of my image is my mouth, the crookedness of my smile and the size and shape of my two front teeth.
Gonna put these on my new hands that have been in the works :)
I made a puppet for camp this week, also my friend Emma came to do a few weeks work here with me. Such a special day to get to make a puppet for her to bring to life! She so cool and good at being a dragon! Theme for camp this week is dungeons and dragons :)
My friend Rascal was looking at me sad the other day, as if to bring to my attention the fact that I never gave him hair. It’s true I never gave him hair… see second photo to find out if he’s happy about his makeover and hair do…

I made Bill from Office Space for Northern Star Film studios out on the ice at this awesome interactive public art festival In Minneapolis. It was such a pleasure to join in on this project, the community around this event is soooooo awesome. Thanks for having me. It’s been awhile since I’v made a classic muppet and I’m most proud of my small suit shirt making skills… still got it :) the end photos I added because I love the stage of a puppet without a face or in the silly positions they end up in while making them..

Monster parade was my favourite Marti Gras parade!!! It was truly one of the most concentrated creative and cute gatherings Iv been to. I made this monster an hour before the parade, it is the monster that is my mouth, inspired by how I imagine people experience looking at my face. I found and eye friend along the way.
It was such an honor to get to dust off the cobwebs as a performer and wear a @mollyballoons dress at Chicago Pride, what an incredible turn out It’s taken me a few days to process!! It took a team of incredibly talented balloon artists and a few of us production folks 5 days to build this extensive procession of dresses and fruit and walking wonder. It was an honor to sweep up the lost balloons and hone my blow and tie time over the past 5 days. I’m grateful for the laughs and the new friends!!
