MyMiniFactory has acquired 100% of Thingiverse, bringing together two of the biggest communities in 3D printing.
What's changing?
The open sharing ethos of Thingiverse stays exactly as it is. What we're gaining is a partner who has spent more than a decade proving that creator-first economics actually work, having distributed over $100 million directly to their community of independent creators.
Thingiverse will also become a SoulCrafted platform, meaning we'll be putting human creators first and removing AI-generated content from our platform.
With millions of makers and creators calling Thingiverse home, we need your input to bring this shared vision to life.

Happy World Typing Day ⌨️ Taking it back to 1903 with a 2026 twist.
This is a fully 3D-printable AEG Mignon Model 4. Instead of keys, you use a stylus to orient a single type element ✍️
Zero glue. No supports. And it even uses recycled coat hangers for the linkage 💡 It’s a slow, soulful way to type, but the satisfaction is unmatched.
