Did this model purge a lot of filament in the printing process? Yes. Did it alert/exacerbate issues with my AMS that I’ve been having? Yes. Did I have to babysit the printer much more than I would have liked for one model? Yes. Did the print also turn out really cool and fun despite the headaches? ALSO yes 😊
This is Mangoruby, a boss from the Donkey Kong franchise that was requested from a client, and I think the modeling, the print, and the overall piece turned out really really fun.
I designed Mangoruby in Blender and printed it on my @bambulab_official P1S using @polymaker_3d PLA from their Panachroma series.
(Bambu if you’re reading this and want to send a replacement AMS my way… 👀 lol)

Vor 3 Wochen schon habe ich von @polymaker_3d ein Paket mit Filament zum testen bekommen - leider wollte mein 3D Drucker von @anycubicofficial das erstmal nicht unterstützen, egal welche Datei, egal welche Einstellungen- ich konnte keine Datei laden. Also teste auch gerne andere Drucker @bambulab_official , @snapmakerinc , @creality3d oder wen es da noch so gibt ;)
Jetzt aber zurück zum Filament. Ich habe erstmal zum Drucken für alle 10 Farben Panchroma Silk PLA folgende Einstellungen genutzt:
0,4 mm nozzle (Messing)
0,12 mm Schichthöhe (alle Teile sind nicht sehr groß und gemustert
215/205 Grad Drucktemperatur
55 Grad Bett Temperatur
Geschwindigkeiten zwischen 40 und 250
Keine Verstopfung
Kein verheddern
Kein stringing
Gute Betthaftung
Perfekte Passform
Stützen ließen sich leicht entfernen
Schöne seidige Oberfläche
Der erste Eindruck - Klasse Filament.
Die Tage probier ich mal was großflächiges und die Effekt Platten :)
Teste gerne auch noch die anderen Farben 🥰😇
