The Young Property Developers

Eeeeeeeeee! Its my album being out day :) :) I now have a new album of songs! It's called 'Eeeeeeeeeeee! It's The Young Property Developers' and it's on all the bit streaming platforms and also available to buy on CD and digital download (along with other bargains) at Bandcamp! All links in me bio! I had buckets of help from some of the best folks in the bit NE music biz hehe! I'm eternally grateful to: Nev Clay for encouraging iz to get started with this an always saying bloody nice things about my songs! And of course for coming to the studio in the bloody cold weather and playing Nev Clay guitar on the thing! @smokeybarkid Gary Winston Lang of st james infirmary massive massive production stuff, pretty much knowing how to nail how i wanted things to sounds when I couldn't even explain it myself, coming to record on his birthday, overseeing the live session day and putting his fantastic playing all over the thing! Ryan Siddall @bugman_music ! Who at the last minute came over to play drums and magically managed to nail beats onto my already recorded bizarrely (randomly) tempoed guitar tracks! It was terrific to see at work, and I was absolutely awestruck! Andy Ludbrook from @agencythe for letting us use his studio and for engineering and doing all the big desk stuff! Absolutely lovely, the whole experience was working with him, an absolute hero! Simon Chester from @psyofthedead who well whom i wasn't around for any of this but Im reliably informed that his tireless work post production wizardry is a big reason the album sounds as good as it does! Jonjo McNeill @bedsit_manor for the fantastic artwork :) :) looks fucking lush and it was @musicbymeiosis who literally i don't have enough space to thank enough! Really i mean, he's driven this with literally a zillion million times the energy i could ever dream of doing on my own, I'd not have an album without him, he's pretty much overseen everything and probably put in like four or five times the work that he's let onto me that he's done, which is a lot. Love him to bits, one in a fucking zillion! Thanks for running round after iz and sorting all this out!

Here, look! Im off on tour, supporting @agencythe next week :) I haven't been able to persuade anyone to go, which could be because I haven't tried, or don't know anyone in Manchester, Sheffield or Leeds, but it also may be because im not a credible philosophical free thinker. So look what Ive done! I've gathered up some quotes from some of the top, against the grain, respected rebels of our time, which should be enough to give you a kick in the trousers (and I suppose, by my logic either travel to these places just to see me, or phone people up who live there and persuade them to go? Idk) anyway yes, i do think the language used is a bit strong, but that's these fearless rugged individualist types for you innit. Hehehe!
