Exploring a new avenue in public speaking and poetry has been life-changing. I recently showcased a new painting at a fundraiser curated by @natalie_sanderson_ raising over £208 for @mindcharity and £55.50 for @ccstreatham Collaborating on this event was unforgettable. Stepping outside my comfort zone helped me overcome deep insecurities and microphone nerves. After a year of Natalie’s workshops, I felt honoured to share my spoken poetry and motivational speech publicly for the first time. My painting shined as a light giving hope. Thanks to those who came to the Affordable Art Fair. It was a childhood dream of mine❤ Achieved my milestone to experience this for the very first time. I was grateful to network & hear lovely compliments about my work. Thanks to those who supported me in any possible way no matter how small or big it meant the world to me for those who recently followed me, had the tears you made me cry at some points 😆🥹the lovely chats, networking & to those who purchased my art I'm beyond grateful! Sold a few originals🎉 It really felt so surreal after graduating in 2021, I never imagined I would be able to accomplish this dream after the obstacles I've gone through since a child. It was an honour to meet the Deputy Mayor of Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea on 4th April at Portobello. Thanks for the surprised guest @openartspaces 🧡 It was an emotional moment for me highlights of my day I will cherish. My small art business journey began trading at Portobello a year ago for the very first time. For those who know I was so shy at the beginning and developed my confidence. Since a year ago I discovered Open Arts spaces; I fulfilled my dream to sell my Art to a wider audience / tourists and achieve my milestone on a few international sales. I never imagined to make it this far in life despite a challenging past on the obstacles I've overcome as this felt so surreal that I can make dreams come true! Since graduating in 2021 I've been exhibiting across London. It took me out of my nutshell figuring it all out how to get myself out there since a year ago I launch my small art business as a side hustle I've learnt, progresed, developed, grown, improved on set up and added new merch. From the recent news of Open Arts Spaces they are shutting down Portobello and as this was my last chance to experience & cherish these memories😭 and reflect on the journey I've grown from since here. Networking is key and I really met amazing small businesses & artists along the way! New Updates* They are reopening Portobello but will be a once a month market instead of 2 markets a month. It's Autism Awareness month. A celebration founding my unique voice through creativity since the age of 5 to the present. I am celebrating me and accepting acceptance through the obstacles and emotional journey I've been on. Recently I had the pleasure having a new avenue in public speaking, written & spoken poetry. It was an unforgettable experience to learn something new outside my comfort zone which I'm forever grateful; considering I was always insecure & nervous front of a mic & developed confidence ✨ I had the opportunity to discover writing poetry from Natalie's workshops since a year ago. I felt honoured to share my poems and motivational speech for the first time in public. 🌟Neurodiversity Celebration Week🥳 🎉16th-20th March 2026✨ Sharing some of my inspirational moment's that I continue to inspire Neurodivergents & Neurotypicals. We should be celebrated daily & Embrace your authentic self. Raising awareness of my struggles. Being a neurodivergent facing daily struggles when life may seem overwhelming. A daily reminder of the artist I've become that 'Art is a form of therapy to recovery' and this has made me celebrate for who I am.
