Still feeling so much gratitude from this year’s St. Patrick’s Day gathering ☘️ This was our second year coming together, and it’s really amazing to see how it continues to unfold and grow. I’m so thankful for the collaboration that made this night what it was. @kerithrae for the beautiful space that held us (with the most magical rainbow light at sunset) @theworkshopbytd @jodysidle and her amazing mocktails from @point5rva in @carytownrva Channing’s live painting (so inspiring) @channinggibb.art live music from a dear friend, Allie, and Deon, who I met through one of my breathwork sessions, supporting us as our sound engineer. @k9n_rva I love this community. Events like this aren’t easy to pull off. There are always fears and doubts in the background. Will enough people come? Will it all come together? What is the right value, and how do you even place value on work like this? And then you showed up. 🫶 You created the space. And it wouldn’t have been the same without you. I’ve heard from so many of you that the breathwork was exactly what you needed. A moment to recenter. To find a little peace. To release and to just be. Your breath can always bring you back. It’s always there for you. Thank you for choosing to celebrate in a different way. For showing up for yourselves and for each other. I feel so grateful to be in community with you 🤍🍀💚

I first met Rachel through my Blue Sage Bridal connections, so when she asked me to be a part of their wedding day, I was beyond honored.
