She’s learning sea animals, practicing hand-eye coordination, and working those fine motor skills.. all while I’m just trying to keep the fish from disappearing under the couch. 😂

We eat simple & easy meals (with as little dishes as possible) and try to make it all toddler friendly... besides the handful of times I decided to give them rice- terrible idea.

Being a quadriplegic dad of four isn’t easy, but these kids… they’ve learned to adapt with me. ❤️
This morning, I told them, “Come on guys, let’s get your diapers changed,” and instead of running everywhere like usual, they laid down in a row and waited for me. They know when Dad is home by himself, things can be harder.
If I’m struggling in my chair, they’ll stop and give me a push without even being asked. Watching them grow with empathy, patience, and awareness has changed me in ways I can’t explain.
People think strength is doing everything on your own. But real strength is adapting together as a family.
I may be the one in the wheelchair… but these kids push me forward every single day. ❤️♿
