Our next collaboration with @oldwestminsterwinery is in the works! We were thrilled to get to sit down with their immensely talented winemaker, @lisahintonn , and sommelier & sales manager extraordinaire @yobro_itsjoe to select the blend for our first ever white wine collaboration. We couldn't be more happy with the result and can hardly wait for it to release! The wine needs to rest a little longer before bottling, so stay tuned for more details to come.

Always Free, Always Fun!!!
Hola! I’m Gloria and this is one of my favorite meals to take home from The Wine Source.
On Wednesday nights, I play in a competitive pinball league at Holy Frijoles so I like to load up on carbs beforehand 🥖 🍝 I took home the Bird Seed loaf from Ovenbird to dip in the Ya Albi Evoo 🫒 And yesss I absolutely bought this olive oil for the bottle—sue me!
I wanted to use a more substantial bread—the Bird Seed Loaf is made with Rye/Bread Flour, Oats, Flax, Sesame, and Sunflower seeds—i found it paired nicely with the unfiltered, cold-pressed olive oil.
The oil is so good on its own, I could drink it! 🍸
Because I’m a flavor glutton, I added spices to the olive oil and I’m so glad I did because they bloomed beautifully in this oil (& shined in my saucer by Baltimore local Milkweed Ceramics!) 🦋
Since this meal, I’ve had a few friends over and having this olive oil on hand as a quick snack dipper has proven this bottle to be worthy of its price tag💸💸
My boyfriend and I loaded up on bread while the pasta water boiled. One of our earliest dates, before I worked at Wine Source, we made a tomato sauce from scratch (Thanks Viv for that forever recipe!) and used this same Poschiavo Spaghetti by Molino e Pastifico. We both loved the nutty character and freshness of these long (16in.) noodles and keep coming back to it when we crave pasta.
Once boiling, I salted the pot and added the spaghetti. 15 minutes later, I drained the water, but left a little bit of pasta water to mix with the Michaels of Brooklyn Vodka sauce. Michaels of Brooklyn has been around since 1964 and to this day they small batch all of their sauces inside the original kitchen. Although there’s already parmesan in the sauce, 🧀 I grated more to sprinkle on top, plus black pepper and some more of that Ya Albi olive oil. Everything came together in ~30mins! 🍝
We ate in front of an episode of Curb Your Enthusiasm—but I had to mute because Larry David was rapid firing the F Bomb 💣

Showcasing the True Emmentaler!
Pasteurized cow’s milk, 31.99lb
The name “Emmentaler” originally designated a cheese from the Emmental region of Switzerland, but more commonly known as “Swiss.” Cheese from the Emmental dates back to the thirteenth century, but was first mentioned by name in 1542 around the same time commercial cheese making emerged. The most copied cheese in the world, fake Emmentaler was produced by Germany, France, Italy, Finland, and Russia starting in 1914, finally received its protected denomination of origin in 2004.
