Hot take: naps are a performance tool. When I was dancing professionally, napping was part of the job. ⠀ Train. Rehearse. Eat. Nap. Perform. ⠀ It wasn’t lazy. It was strategy. ⠀ A 20-minute nap restores focus, creativity, and patience faster than another cup of coffee. ⠀ Which reminds me
⠀ I recently found out my dad used to take a 3pm nap under his desk at work. ⠀ Dad, sorry for outing you on the internet. ⠀ But honestly? You were ahead of your time. ⠀ At @thetrianglesessions , we talk a lot about sustainable performance. ⠀ Sometimes the most productive thing you can do is close your laptop
and your eyes. ⠀ So yes, I’m officially advocating for normalizing napping. ⠀ Are you a napper? Drop in comments. #nationalnappingday #workplacewellness #sustainableperformance #corporatewellness #thetrianglesessions

This week: 1. Felix turned 2 🎉 2. Meet-cute feature in @nyualumni news 3. Finished a beast of a book that felt like a slog but shook me to my core 4. Led a fabulous group of female lawyers combining two of my favorite things: foam rolling + bubbly đŸ„‚ 5. Moved with companies @thetrianglesessions 6. Ate ice cream with Otto because the weather turned into spring 💐 None of this feels as tidy as the photos look, but I’m grateful for it all. #CLTmom #boymom #workplacewellness #nyualum

My biggest takeaway of 2025: if you’re in a rut, go back to what you love. One year ago, I broke up with dance. I thought stepping away would help me focus on the next chapter. Build the business. Move forward. By early 2025, I was in a funk. So in the spring, I went back to ballet. Just once a week. By summer, I was teaching master classes. By fall, an opportunity came up to perform again. And that’s when everything shifted. My creativity came back. My business improved. Clients (both old and new) got excited about their wellness journeys in 2025-2026. Sometimes going back to the thing you love isn’t a distraction. It’s what fuels you to move forward. Performing in Clara’s Trip this month in Charlotte + Raleigh. One Thing I’m Not Bringing Into 2026: My Phone in the Bedroom ⏰ I bought an alarm clock. My phone stays downstairs at night. Now when I wake up, I have a moment of peace. Instead of immediately scrolling and letting the world flood in before I’ve even gotten out of bed, there’s clarity. My mornings are mine again. I wake up early, move slowly, ease into the day. No inbox. No notifications. Just me. đŸ„° What’s one thing you’re leaving behind in 2025?

Sometimes the most powerful form of self-care is remembering you're never walking into a room alone. You carry the people who've loved you into every meeting, interview, and new space you enter. That's what real confidence is: not looking perfect or having the right title, but knowing you're grounded in something deeper. People feel it, even if they can't name it. Before you start your day today, take a breath. Think about the people and memories that anchor you. Let them walk in with you. You don't go alone. #SelfWorth #MindfulWork #EmotionalWellbeing

🔼 Workplace wellness in 2026 isn’t about checking boxes anymore. Gone are the forgotten gym memberships and one-off team events that never quite landed. What’s replacing them? Something more thoughtful, more human, and honestly, more effective. The shift is simple: from “we did a wellness thing” to “wellness is woven into how we work.” Think micro-moments of joy that fit into real workdays. Creative expression as self-care. Connection-first experiences that spark genuine conversation. Skills you can actually take home and use. Because holistic wellness isn’t siloed. It’s not physical health or mental health or team connection. It’s all of it, together. Whether your team is in-office, remote, or somewhere in between... consistent, meaningful touch points build culture. Not random events. Not another blocked calendar hour. Just practices that stick. Swipe to see what’s in and what’s out for corporate wellness in 2026. 👉 #WorkplaceWellness #CharlotteNC #OfficeWellness #CorporateWellness #TheTriangleSessions

Shoulder flossing: like flossing your teeth, but for your shoulders. Three moves. Takes 60 seconds. Your desk-worker shoulders will thank you. (And unlike actual flossing, you might actually do this one regularly.) #ShoulderFlossing #DeskLife #WorkplaceWellness #CharlotteNC #OfficeWellness #MovementBreak #StretchItOut #CorporateWellness #TheTriangleSessions

Workplace wellness doesn't have to be a snoozefest. Last week, we partnered with @hitachienergy on a two-hour wellness experience for their Charlotte conference. Their team understood what would resonate: practical stress management tools, work-life balance insights, and something interactive that felt engaging (not obligatory). The result? People enthusiastically participated. They stayed engaged. They walked away with tactics they'll actually use. Why did it work? Wellness wasn't an afterthought. It was a centerpiece...a shared moment that set the tone for the rest of the conference. The best wellness programming happens when companies know their people and design intentionally. Grateful to have been part of this one. đŸ’Ș đŸŒ± Planning 2026 employee wellness programming? DM us...we'd love to hear what you're thinking. #WorkplaceWellness #EmployeeExperience #CharlotteNC #CompanyCulture #TeamBuilding #CorporateWellness #WellnessAtWork #CharlotteBusiness

Gillian Murphy’s final bow was breathtaking — not just for her artistry, but for her humility. The longest bow wasn’t to the audience, but to the dancers beside her. As a former dancer, I felt that deeply. A career on stage isn’t fueled by talent alone. It’s sustained by the people around you — their support, respect, and camaraderie. Cheers to thriving by lifting up one another! 💖 Video credit: giana.ballard

Feeling overwhelmed? Try this. 🧠✹ Mel Robbins reminds us that the key to a great week starts with a brain dump. Get everything out of your head and onto paper — and then find one thing that actually matters to you. Make a little progress on that, and feel the emotional lift of momentum. It’s not about doing it all — it’s about doing what moves you forward. ✅ đŸŽ„ Credit: @melrobbins #ProgressPrinciple #MindsetShift #WeeklyReset #Wellbeing #MelRobbins #TheTriangleSessions #WorkplaceWellness #EmployeeWellbeing #MentalHealthAtWork #BurnoutPrevention #CorporateWellness #WellnessAtWork #WorkLifeBalance
