For this EP, I made a set of rules for myself to only use what was originally tracked and either muted or discard as bounds for the creation of each iteration. There’s something poetic in there but it may take me sometime to figure that out.
We will be opening some (almost if not sold out!) shows with @bardust_the_band on Thursday 12.11 at @kungfunecktie_bar , & @thisisaaronwest on Friday 12.12 in BK @musichallofwb and Saturday 12.13 in Towson @therechermd . Extremely excited to also share the stage with @wormy_music & @starkstateofmind at those Aaron West shows.
At the shows, we will have the new EP’s companion booklet. This booklet helps me bridge the gap a little bit between physical and digital media, as well as some other stuff I really enjoy. Sneak peak of that on the last slide.

Reflecting on the seasons changing with the weather being so nice the last few days. This was from a walk during peak fall in Glasgow last year.
The music is a short snippet of a piece that I composed while setting up my sound machine. This machine allows the ideas of play and sonic exploration but without the restriction of a tangible grid.

My small ambient pedal board that is incredibly powerful and allows me to make these sketches and compositions. Having everything go through the mixer opens up a wide range of sonic explorations. It gives me a way to incorporate traditional instruments and pedals in a fluid workflow.
