📼🔥 Did you know that “I’m From The Bay Bruh” by Vallejo’s @williejoedrip & @e40 was the first official Thizzler release on streaming platforms? It was a big moment in the NorCal music scene at the time, uniting all of the movers and shakers in the Bay Area with cameos in the video directed by @lambirdguinea and features on the remix from @officialkeakdasneak , @p_lo , @whoisgval , @koolj0hn_ , @losrakas , @jstalinlivewire , @therealmacmall , The Hoodstarz, @steviejoe800 , Roach Gigz and @traxamillion 🕊️.
This was in an early Thizzler era when we were just learning how to use our platform to help build a movement from early on, partnering with #WillieJoe, @gullythatnigga , @therealsymba and others to release singles and albums. Now Willie Joe is pulling inspiration from that era to spotlight the Bay Area with his @teambayareaa page. Who remembers when this dropped? 🤔

💪💯 Hawaii‘s @myreeen & SF’s @4karri new “Sarah” music video raises awareness and donations for relief efforts, following Hawaii’s historic floods in March!
The video’s original plans were affected by the storm that dumped 3 months of rain in 24 hours, with water rising 4ft in 40 minutes. The islands are still recovering from the floods that caused mass evacuations and $1B+ in damages.
The artists got creative to still bring the visual to life using cardboard cutouts in Costa Rica. What y’all think? 🤔
🙏❤️ On February 7, 1989, after one of the first widely publicized mass school sh**tings in U.S. history, Michael Jackson visited Cleveland Elementary School in Stockton, California to support the children and families affected by the tragedy.
Jackson first visited the school, spending time with students and staff, before stopping at a nearby church where injured children who weren’t yet ready to return to school were being cared for. He later visited San Joaquin General Hospital, bringing gifts, signing autographs, and speaking with survivors, families, and hospital staff.
According to reports shared over the years, Jackson also helped cover funeral and medical expenses for victims’ families. His visit became a powerful moment of comfort for many in the community during an incredibly painful time. 🕊️
