I’ve got some exciting news to share! After 10 years of retirement from my long career as a Sommelier, I’m coming back!
Well kinda… I’m opening a wine bar on the Sonoma Coast this Spring with my partner
@grass_puppy (and soon to be wife) in Jenner CA. Rachel has quietly owned and operated one of the most amazing cafes in Northern California
@cafeaquatica . She is expanding into the other half of her building with a new concept called
@jenneroutpost .
She has graciously cut out a space for me to open
@thesirenscellar . The wine bar will not only be the home for
@monteriocellars tasting room, but will also hold a cellar of a 1000 selection wine list curated by me. The list will represent local and US producers as well as inspirational wineries from abroad. There will be vintage depth on par with Pearl & Ash and Rebelle. And yes, I’ll be there serving wine and sabering champagne 🗡️ 🍾
