.@thesheepdetectives movie. It was funny enough 😊👍. But nobody warned me that this movie can make people cry so bad 😫😫. It's not a sad movie, but a heartwarming one ❤️. Too heartwarming that I ended up sobbing I made a sound and went,"Oh no.. I hope nobody hears me cry." 😅 I was fighting for my life not to cry that I felt like I almost got cardiac arrest because I held my breath too then my heart stopped beating for a second 🙈🙈. But then I saw a man sitting in one one row in front of me was sobbing as well and he kept wiping his tears so I relieved I was not the only one and continued crying till the end of the movie 😅. The story was very simple. Easy to follow. And this movie is very suitable for children to watch 👍. I really like @thehughjackman acting here. So caring. Emma Thompson was my fave too. @nicholasbraun played police officer character very well too. And then when I saw Elliot character, the whole movie I was wondering, where did I see this man before? Why couldn't I remember him? But then I remember he is @nicholasgalitzine and he will play as He-Man in Masters of Universe in which trailer I just watched the other day. His acting here was good too 👍. I read that @phillordy and @chrizmillr produced this movie too. That's nice 👍. No post credit scenes. Pecore sotto copertura (2026) Regia di Kyle Balda George (Hugh Jackman) è un amabile pastore che adora il suo gregge. Dà a tutte le pecore un nome e legge loro dei gialli la sera prima di dormire. Un giorno però i suoi amici ovini lo troveranno morto per mano di un misterioso assassino. Con l’esperienza maturata dai racconti di George, le tre pecore più sveglie del gregge cercheranno di risolvere il mistero. La storia è molto carina e lo svolgimento rende questa commedia a tinte gialle veramente divertente. Dal trailer si presentava come una commedia mystery, ma in realtà è più una commedia per famiglie dai contorni tipici del giallo. A prevalere infatti sono gli insegnamenti positivi che vengono veicolati dalle dinamiche interne a questo bizzarro gregge di pecore. La caratterizzazione degli animali è infatti tipica del family movie: ci sono l’eroina intelligente, l’eroe dal passato misterioso, il partner dimesso ma saggio, il vecchio brontolone, l’emarginato, la bella un po’ sciocca e così via. Si parla di accettazione della morte in un modo accessibile ai bambini, facendo leva sulla vicenda di George ma anche sui legami affettivi tra i protagonisti a quattro zampe. C’è anche il tema della discriminazione, che viene calata in una dinamica animale ma che parla di identità in un modo sicuramente efficace. Sono invece le relazioni tra gli umani ad essere quelle più superficiali. Superficialità che in parte fa perdere di incisività alla componente gialla. Con l’inserimento nel cast di attori del calibro di Hugh Kackman ed Emma Thompson si cerca di alzare il tiro, ma questo evidenzia anche il divario tra il livello di carisma dei loro personaggi e di quelli degli altri interpreti. Lo notiamo in particolare con Rebecca, la figlia di George, ma anche con Tim, il poliziotto che viene guidato dalle pecore nella risoluzione del caso un po’ in stile detective Goro. È un film che vi consigliamo per passare un pomeriggio di divertimento, specialmente se cercate qualcosa di leggero e piacevole che non vi impegni troppo mentalmente. Hejka! Dzisiaj przychodzę do Was z filmem, po którym totalnie nie spodziewałam się aż tak dobrego seansu. Szczerze myślałam, że będzie co najwyżej okej albo po prostu średni, a finalnie naprawdę bardzo pozytywnie mnie zaskoczył. Najbardziej doceniam tutaj tematykę i przesłanie, bo pod całą kryminalną historią kryje się dużo więcej niż tylko samo „kto to zrobił”. Klimatem momentami mocno przypominał mi serię „Na noże” i myślę, że właśnie dlatego oglądało mi się go całkiem dobrze. ✨ Nie obyło się bez paru minusów, bo kilka elementów mogło zostać lepiej poprowadzonych, ale overall, uważam że naprawdę warto było dać mu szansę. #sprawiedliwośćowiec #sheepdetectives #filmreviews #films #movies

Essendon historical society fund raiser today @palacecinemas in Moonee Ponds. The sheep detectives was the selected movie, a lovely story with great animation too. Ironically as we are cloud lovers, the story was even more special. Sebastian, we will keep looking up.
