Like many of us, I've been grieving over this mad dream, and I've found solace in the words of a poem “Stay Human”, verses I wrote and shared with you.
But the power of art lies not only in its words, but in the transformative vision it invokes. My dear friend Brian Canatsey @thereisnotime had a vision to transform my words into a short film as we joined minds - in a destiny meeting - with the masterful filmmaker Mo Arpi @mo_arpi who breathed life into these verses and Sunaz Hesari @sunazhesari who, with her Sufi skirt, whirled our vision into reality.
In times when love and universal compassion are acts of rebellion, our very essence is laid bare for examination, urging the question, "What does it mean to be human?"
Being human, we are entrusted with something holy – the preservation of all life.
Don't look to where our offering stands, for it stands with you, for you, and as you. It's the human in you calling you home. Respond.

Here is a little gift & a taste for you of a 25 min Sadhana, that we’ve created over a year ago with a wonderful musician Brian Canatsey @thereisnotime
It has long been a dream of mine to weave Kundalini Yoga with live music of amazing artists & keep studying music myself until I am ready to share.
Deep gratitude to @jaidev108 & @simritkaur for the original inspiration—revealing how kundalini yoga sadhana can be turned into a truly divine, joyful & life-changing experience.
There is something to be said about the practice of… really anything, that is done with devotion & inspiration.
I compare it to lovemaking while true love is ringing in every cell of your being… VS doing it like an annoying, but necessary task or a quick, cheap one night stand.
Feeling the difference? ;)
I wish for every single of us to develop a sadhana, that invigorates our mind, body & heart to the fullest. May we practice it in deepest devotion. May we turn our Life into a legendary Sadhana, held by Infinite Grace.
I am obviously biased to recommend Kundalini Yoga… for a very good reason though - it COMPLETELY changes & expands my energetic state & therefore - my life. 😊

I’ve tried it first time in SF Center in San Francisco in 2019 & was shocked how clear, inspired, ridiculously joyful & invincible I felt after just 1 hour of rather “strange” (for my then perception of reality) hand movements & chants. The teacher was also wearing this weird white turban. She looked serene. 👳✌️🔥
I did it again next day & was pleasantly surprised that I can get very high for free (true, this shouldn’t be the ultimate goal, while practicing yoga and it was my cheeky initial motivation to begin studying this ancient yogic technology :)), without the consequences (meaning I can fully handle any work, drive etc)… moreover - I became more sharp & in the prefect flow state to create/handle anything.
It started to get interesting…
