Experiencing challenges is the moment where I find who I truly am. It is in the challenge where I find my strength and power, how I react and present myself in those moments of darkness.
We are light beings experiencing the darkness, and in the darkness it is easier to recognize my light and my power, because I become that bright spot in the empty space.
I noticed that lately I got too comfortable, too distracted, too far away from myself, so when darkness comes, it is just a consequence of those areas of the mind that became blind.
I am nature. I remember who I am in movement and in service to others. I remember who I am in service to myself and to my art and heart. I listen to the wind blowing my name, and I feel the water purifying my soul.
It is easy to get distracted or comfortable when everything flows easily, but it is in challenge when my spirit rises to break through.
I’m eternally grateful to this life and its nature, to this world and its beauty, to this body and its teachings.
I’m so inspired by so many humans who share their talents and their magic.
This is just a reminder to myself to stay connected to nature and keep purifying my mind and body to share from a clear channel.

We often talk about ayahuasca and other psychotropic substances that change our perception. We explore altered states of consciousness and prepare for ceremonies through dietas and intentional practices. But we rarely speak about the power of tea.
Tea has been part of my daily life for some time, and I’ve come to experience it as a powerful plant—one that can also enhance cognition, shift awareness, and open subtle altered states of consciousness. It doesn’t act with the intensity of substances like cannabis or ayahuasca, but in a much more refined and gentle way, it can bring me into similar qualities of presence and insight.
Drinking tea becomes a meditative experience. Sometimes it calms, sometimes it activates—it’s not limited to one direction. There is a dynamic movement within it, almost like a dance between deep introspection, slower states and moments of alertness and expansive awareness.
Each tea and each moment is an invitation for presence and introspection—a call to cultivate inner silence and observation. A practice of becoming strong like bamboo, yet flexible enough to move and dance with the soft wind.

Este gesto me recordó que lo más importante y valioso en esta vida es compartir. Nunca imaginé que el compartir mi experiencia pudiera llegar tan profundo a personas que están listas para escuchar y, sobre todo, para sentirse.
Me llena el corazón recibir mensajes de alumnos, meses o incluso años después, agradeciendo lo transmitido. Es una gran satisfacción saber que mi práctica y profesionalismo encendieron en ellos la flama del amor hacia el yoga, la meditación y el sonido.
Qué belleza poder mirar atrás y reconocer todo lo que hemos logrado. Después de las lágrimas, los miedos, la incertidumbre y las dudas… aquí estamos una vez más, recordándonos y reconociéndonos.
Espero que la vida me siga regalando fuerza vital para compartir, y compartir, hasta el último de mis días.
