Well… Coach Reina took a break today.
Not out of exhaustion, but out of intention.
Somewhere along the way, while pouring into others, I got a little distant from the very thing that shaped me—the feeling of being the model. The nerves. The anticipation. The quiet prayers before stepping into a room. The vulnerability of being seen and the discipline of showing up anyway.
Today, I chose to return to that space.
Because the truth is, I teach best when I’m still learning… still feeling… still evolving. When I allow myself to be a student of the craft again, everything I pour into my models becomes richer, deeper, more honest.
So for a moment, Coach Reina steps back—
and Reina Reine, the model, steps forward.
And with that said… I’m bringing all of that energy into tomorrow.
