@therefilwe says she hasn’t met a single woman who came to her with a victim story. Instead, women tell her they saw her posts and had a light-bulb moment choosing to change their lives and move forward.
She says the work is helping people realise they can take action and that there are other ways to rebuild and grow.

I mean it - you deserve laughter that makes your shoulders relax, moments of joy that inspire you and safe spaces where we can build community.
