ID 1: artist Jaithur West standing in front of a chain link fence in front of a brick building. On his left is an assortment of paintings on canvas leaning up against each other. J has brown skin, is wearing a black tank top, black sweatpants and black slip on shoes and is smiling. It is sunny and leaf shaped shadows fall on the sidewalk.
ID 2: a close up of an acrylic painting with many figures stacked on top of each other. The figures are clustered in groups seated in different ways in what appears to be the inside of buses and trains. The top of the painting depicts silver doors of the inside of a subway train.
ID 3: artist Jaithur West stands in front of a painting on the wall with his back to the viewer. He is gesturing towards a painting on the wall, which hangs above a television. The painting is a cluster of faces in various states of rendering, some blurry and some sharply detailed. Jaithur has his left hand extended towards the painting. To the right is another smaller painting of figures with a red background.
ID 4: a pair of painted jeans on a white background. The surface of the jeans are painted completely with faces and figures, covering almost all of the fabric.

Queen Nancy Bell: I Spread Out My Hands features twenty recent works on paper in acrylic and pen. Compositions on pale yellow paper feature Bellâs signature singular forms, created as divinely informed responses to specific bible passages. The complex, undulating imagery ranges from mandala-like patterns unfurling from a central point to densely textured animals who appear and disappear in complex networks of marks. Bell describes making her art as a spiritual act: âAs I meditate on God, everything comes down from heaven, right down on that paper.â This is Bellâs second solo exhibition curated by This Must Be The Place.

Atmospheric and watery, intended to âsoothe and relax,â The Sea (2025) takes the listener on a journey like a cool dive through sun-dappled surf. Beds of sound created through a combination of organically and digitally-inspired effects showcase Shandsâ talent for crafting music that is simultaneously meditative and energizing. The Sea is Shandsâ sixth album, and second cassette release.
