Such an utter delight to dance and swim with @audriannamartindelcampo in the Highlands at one of my favourite swimming spots. We couldn't have asked for a better day, the sun was out, birds were chirping, and the river was such a perfect temperature. 🌀

After a challenging start to the year with my health, I’m back to taking work bookings! 📸

Last summer I visited home and had the pleasure of photographing three river surfers for @finisterre to go along with an article I was writing for their Broadcast.
Towards the end of my trip home I picked up a medium format film camera as an early 30th birthday gift to myself. Most of these portraits of @wildchildriri were from its first outing (some are 35mm).
I still have so many photos I’ve never shared from these outings along with many other jobs from the last year or so. I’m going to try and be a bit better about sharing work things.

Somehow it's been a year since "Body of water" was released on @nowness . This short film about my wild swimming adventures in Scotland for @you.swim has remained one of the most special projects I've been apart of.
The film came to fruition after @lilybrown____ and I met back in March 2023 on a Youswim shoot in Mallorca. Over lunch on our last day we chatted about wild swimming and how it has positively affected my mental health. We talked a bit about a film idea, later pitched it and then a few months later we got to shoot in the highlands over some of the sunniest and hottest days I’ve ever experienced up North.
Getting back into swimming a few years ago is one of the best things to have ever happened to me. I’m forever grateful for my fellow cold water swimmers and for our warm community.
Some of these locations have changed since filming due to development and tourism so this film will always feel like a special time capsule.

Earlier this year while I was in Cornwall @essysparrow and I (along with the help of @studiodrizza and @hannahpeckillustration ) frolicked in dunes at sunrise and jumped into tidal pools fully clothed to get some imagery for her upcoming EP.
It was so much fun and was very reminiscent of the photoshoots I did with my friends as teenagers. The very same shoots that made me want to be a professional photographer when I was an adult.
Today her second single "Dead 2 Me" came out and you can stream it and her first song "Girlhood" on all the usual platforms!
