Two new podcast episodes dropped. The first one covers the last race in the Spartan US - South Series, the Fayetteville Beast.
The second episode covers the Blood Root Ultra. This is a trail race under the @spartanextreme banner and put on by @peakraces . For those that don't know about it, starts at @realjoedesena 's farm and runs all through the surround Green Mounatins. I had the pleasure of crewing two guys that ran the 100 miler (Brad Parnell and Patrick Bethaney). They ran the entire race together alongside another athlete that had come back for revenge after a DNF last year (Ronnie Reineke).
Not only do we have a podcast episode recapping the event with Brad and Patrick, but Brad has also posted a video recap with footage from the event on his YouTube page. If you search Blood Root 100 Mile it should be easy to find, with his YouTube channel being called bradparnell. If you have trouble finding it, DM me and I'll send you the link.

We returned to @underdog.fitness.gym to cover their DEKA Mile and Strong last weekend!

The final race in the Spartan 2026 US - South National Series is this weekend in Fayetteville, NC. The series racers will be running the Beast course on Saturday morning.
