Final cut timeline. Now that our test screening results have come in, and after making some final adjustments. Editing is officially done. Stay tuned for the premiere!

Introducing our composer Milo Paulus, who’s been working with the director for the past few weeks to create an original soundtrack for The Nettle Man! Milo (b. 1999) is a Dutch composer, conductor, orchestrator and score producer specialising in original music for concerts, screen and stage adaptations. Just this year he has composed the 100-minute original score for the feature film “Burgemeestersmoord” (The Mayor’s Murders) – which was shown in 250+ cinemas across The Netherlands – composed the ballet “Omphalos”, co-orchestrated the opera “Barzakh” for the Royal Opera and Ballet Flanders and graduated magna cum laude from the Royal Conservatory of Ghent! We can’t wait for you to hear his amazing work for The Nettle Man, which has elevated the film to new level.

On the 1st of the month, The Nettle Man went into picture lock! Meaning a definitive cut has been finalised to go onto the audio mixing and colour grading stage. On top of that, an original soundtrack for the film is currently being composed…more on that soon!
