I feel both happy and relieved that I finally have the energy for a 2025 version 🥹
This past year, I really tried to direct my energy toward things that genuinely brought me joy or at least gave a spark back to my life force as I continued recovering from the burnout of 2023–2024.
Looking back, 2025 was a quiet, sinple, but meaningful recovery year for The Moody Mimo 😌❤️🩹
I resisted rest at first, but now that I’m on the other side of it, I can see how much slowing down helped put everything into perspective.
So if you’re feeling called to take a break but are beating yourself up for it, I encourage you to take care of yourself first because we cannot give and serve from an empty cup!!
May 2026 bring us closer to our true selves!!
