We are one week away from our relaxed performance of Dedicated to You, The Wonderful Audience!
This will be a sensory-friendly performance with lower-intensity sound and lighting that will make this play and its subject matter more accessible.
We are committed to making theatre accessible and this performance is a way for us to dedicate this work to you (see what we did there?). Don't hesitate to reach out with any questions about this performance and its content to ensure you feel comfortable attending our show :)

Description: May is a mixed race student struggling to create a piece of art about her racial identity. With the help of a friendly puppet, she asks the age old question, "who am I?"
William and Julie are May's parents. They met in the 90s, a time when interracial relationships were still frowned upon. Interracial marriages weren't legalized until 1967 in the states, but the couple still faced some issues.
Now in the present day, May must use art as a way to confront the relationship with her parents, and her relationship with herself.

Hello Halifax!
I'm excited to unveil The Meeting to the world in its current, scrappy and immaterial state. We have some big things planned and are currently looking to see how much interest we can get in what we have planned.
The bottom line is: if you love theatre, promoting emerging artists, and creating a sustainable space for artists in the midst of late-stage capitalism then guess what? So do we!! Please follow for future updates and feel free to contact us for more info or just to say "I'm interested/curious/scared/etc."
See you at The Meeting!
