I’m marching towards 40 on a mission to be in the best shape of my life. The biggest lesson I’ve learned: as we age, the training needs to change. I can’t workout like I did when I was younger. This means being smart about progressing weights, mobility, and prioritizing recovery. - Parenting is hard. It makes working out seem easy. You can do this sh*t too.

You can’t Botox your posture. Movement quality is something that must be worked on, and it’s the key to reversing the clock if you feel old. Most people live with tight/weak hips. Tons also sit around all day with hunched shoulders. You’re aging faster if this isn’t something you’re working on. The good news is that it doesn’t take hours of mobility work.
