It has been a hot minute since I wrote poetry, and I have missed it. Think I may dig out the oldies that I used to perform and maybe do similar videos.. • • • This was inspired by actually a reel my mum sent me 🤣 from a French podcast where they spoke about how you see people's true colours out hiking and camping and one of the hosts takes girls he is dating on hikes early on. Not only does it show you the other person authentically, but it also shows how you work together as a team. And I love that. Within 3 months of dating, Ross and I did a hike down the centre of Iceland, and that week taught me all I needed to know about him, me with him, and the partnership that we had. And that i wouldn't change for the world.
