The 25th @biennalesydney is about to kick off, with TGBC in proud support! This edition's theme is Rememory for what is the largest festival of the visual arts in Australia, drawing creatives and visitors from around the world.
Biennale Sydney opens with their Lights On event on March 13, throughout the impressive, monolithic post-industrial site of @whitebaypowerstation .

We're proud to share that we've recently become @bcorporation certified. ✅️ This recognition places us among a movement of peers that have made a commitment to doing business that's inclusive, equitable and regenerative.
The "B" stands for "Benefit for All". And our certification comes after years of improving processes holistically – from offering volunteer leave to staff, donating spent grain to livestock farmers, moving away from single-use plastic wrap, erecting an on-site grain silo and much more.

It's a fresh, zesty, zucchini-replete treat that's well worth the trip to the brewery for, if you haven't given it a try already.

NEW BEER – FAR AWAY – NZ IPA (6.4%) ☁️☁️
Based in Catalonia, @doskiwisbrewing , travelled quite the distance to make this beer happen! To celebrate the journey, our shared roots and longstanding friendship, we brewed a limited-release, New Zealand-style Indian Pale Ale.
DosKiwis are known for big, hop-forward IPAs. And this one saw us give not two but three kiwi crops centre stage: Manilita, Nelson Sauvin and Riwaka. Following a generous dry-hopping, we left this beauty unfiltered. That move really accentuates the ale’s complexity, visible in a haze like the long white cloud itself.
Far Away is balanced yet bursting with vibrant, tropical flavours over a citrusy undertow. Close your eyes and travel the antipodes with us, from the rolling hills of Spain, across the Tasman Sea and back again, to @thegrifterbrewingco in humble Marrickville…

After stocking the wine fridges since @thegrifterbrewingco has legally been able to serve vino, their first bricks-and-mortar location is the talk of the town of late. And there's little wonder as to why!
Spectacle and drama (the good kind) follow you throughout @doomjuicecellardoor , from the Old English sign at the door to the disco skull and headless mural. There's a lot to behold in Marrickville – including icy schooners of TGBC's finest on their list of delish elixirs.
