I invite you to join us for this amazing live stream event which you can watch from the comfort of your own bungalow, glamper, or yurt! you are also invited to attend in person and we would love to have you there if you’re able to make the show! This live streaming venue has taken it to a whole new level. They offer an amazing six camera multi angle set-up with high-quality multi-track audio aimed at a fully lit stage with top level gear and lighting in an extremely hip coffeehouse bar in Bushwick BK! Is there anything I missed? Oh yes, some of the best coffee you will find anywhere and tastiest local beer on hand in an old world building! The band is on fire and will feature Chris Cuzme @chriscuzme on sax, Paul Orbell @paulorbellmusic on guitar, Bryan Reeder on keys and Greg Gonzales @g2drums on drums and I will be driving the bus from the bass. A night of celebration? Perhaps. A night of commiseration? Also possible. Or (most likely) we’ll know nothing yet, biting our proverbial nails, awaiting an outcome. Either way, on Nov 6, a little bit of community and music will do us all a bit of good!
I’ll be doing double duty, guitar trio style w AST and with sax & keys (not played by me) in the NP led FEU. This is probably my last instrumental/jazz/rock-y jam of the year at one of the most vibey of venues: @nublunyc . I'm really digging the new Sadowsky Metroline Will Lew 5 bass! Since 2020 the Metroline is being crafted by Warwick at their carbon neutral HQ in Markneukirchen, a historically huge producer of musical instruments for centuries! Warwick has done an amazing job of creating an entry level Sadowsky Bass, made in Germany to Roger Sadowsky's specs with a traditional 34" scale and weighing in at a svelt 8.3 lbs That's hella light for a 5er. The Rosewood/Maple/Alder combo, in the fabulous '59 Burst high gloss finish sounds phenomenal and looks great! Here's a dance track in working on. I played all the parts. This bass is freakin killin! Check that low B out yall! It's low and deep and it don't stop!!
