Dust off your running shoes NorthEnders, Run Club is BACK!!!
Starting May 19th, we’ll be doing a group run every Tuesday at 6:30pm for the rest of summer. Each week we’ll have a short (2-5km) and long (4-8km) run route planned out for you. Run Club is for EVERYONE, members and non-members so bring your friends.
This year, we’re going to have RUN CAPTAINS who will lead you through a warm up, go over the routes, and help you improve on your running.
The first Tuesday of each month, we’ll have a post-run social… we’ll post more about details about that with the route announcement that week.
@thefourthpull will be stopping in on our first run, and for every post-run social to hand out some electrolyte samples.
