We found the treasure cafe! There are a lot of delicious food inside! One of them is skewed beef don! The beef and radish are stewed very densely! Super delicious! And that egg! Be sure to try it!

Brewing class is structured around four key parts:
Framework – how to think about filter brewing as a system, focusing on intention, consistency, and cause-and-effect starting with fixed recipes 🧮
Variables – understanding what actually changes the taste (dose, grind size, water, time) and how adjusting one variable affects intensity and clarity 🍇🍒🍋🍓🍑
Understanding Tools – explaining the purpose of kettles, drippers, grinders, filters, and scales, focusing on why they matter instead of brand names 🛠️
Troubleshooting – teaching participants how to diagnose common issues like sour, bitter, weak, or inconsistent brews and how to fix them confidently 😛😋
The goal is to help first-timers understand and troubleshoot their own brews, so they can brew confidently at home knowing what to be adjusted. ☺️
