WIP (work in progress for those who don’t know): He’s fast, he’s jacked, he’s an all-star. Known in the ring as The Jackin Heat, this fighter is resilient and never stays down. This little guy gave us quite the challenge—our 3D printer tapped out halfway through not once, but twice. Nevertheless, hard work, resilience, and commitment got us to this first result. While it’s still in the early stages, we’re determined to get a clean print sooner than later. And trust us, we’ve got some wild projects lined up next. Stay tuned, stay cool, and most importantly: never give up. Because if you don’t stay down, nobody can stop you. Thank you—as always, you’re amazing. (Did you notice the spring in his waist?

Flashback to the Aspen Art Show. After a few soul-crushing shows, we decided not to leave anything to fate anymore. If sales don’t happen, at least we won’t waste our time. From now on, we always bring work with us. Creating on the spot not only keeps us productive, but it also draws people in—watching the process often sparks more curiosity than finished pieces alone. We actually left this show with one piece more than we arrived with. Candy Cane Tiger was born during the event, and it’s already been stealing looks—a cool addition to our collection. Art shows, for us, have always been a bit of a question mark. This year we committed fully, though the results so far haven’t shown. Maybe it’s the wrong crowd, maybe the art markets are slower, maybe we’re choosing the wrong areas—or maybe art shows just aren’t where we’re meant to thrive. At the end of this journey, we’ll be putting together a short review of each show: our honest thoughts on the organizers, the experience, and the bigger reflections on what it means to be an artist navigating these spaces. #ArtLife #ArtistsOnInstagram #ArtCollectors #StudioVibes #WorkInProgress #ArtProcess

Guys we are so happy to share this piece with you 🔥 Almost fully done, some neon paints only left to make it complete. We painted it in the most beautiful place in California, called Shasta Lake. And enjoyed every second of it! Even after struggles with trying new techniques, we managed to bring it to the result we loove! What do you think? #art #artist #artcollector #artoftheday #artcurator #artlover #painting #acrylicpainting

Art so good… it got stolen Throwback to about a year and a half ago, when we rolled into Art Basel Miami Beach for our second major show—fully loaded and running on pure excitement. We came in guns blazing: large-scale pieces, interactive works, our full 3D collection, custom furniture—the whole universe we’d been building, all in one space. First day, right after setup. The room still buzzing, energy high. At some point, one curious soul felt the pull a little too strongly. They picked up one of our blind boxes, weighed it in their hands… and decided that this particular dragon duck was going home with them. Just like that. Luckily, @voyagercrafts caught the moment and stepped in quickly—the first “kidnap” was stopped in its tracks. But here’s the twist: not long after, another piece actually disappeared. And honestly? We couldn’t even be mad. If anything, we felt a strange kind of gratitude. Not once, but twice, someone connected so deeply with what we made that they couldn’t let it go. That’s not something you can plan for, buy, or manufacture—it just happens. The organization covered the loss, everything was handled smoothly, and we moved forward. Share this story if you want us to write about our experience at Art Basel Week in Miami

“500 lb of acid” is a piece we made while building Dojo Haus. It’s the first time all three of us worked on an artistic project of this kind, and it really holds the start of this whole journey. It’s 4x8 ft, built from over 2,000 stained wood pieces, all glued down onto plywood. It took 10 pairs of hands just to carry it and get it up on the wall. Story behind the design: “The iconic smiley face became a symbol of rave culture during the late ’80s and early ’90s, especially in the UK acid house scene. It represented pure joy, unity, and that carefree, euphoric energy people felt on the dancefloor—simple, bold, and instantly recognizable under strobe lights. At the same time, the squelchy, hypnotic sound of the Roland TB-303 helped define that very movement. Its distinctive acid basslines almost feel like the audio equivalent of the smiley—playful, trippy, and slightly mischievous. Together, the visual of the smiley and the sound of the 303 became inseparable icons of rave culture, both channeling the same spirit of rebellion, freedom, and ecstatic release.” Have you seen it in person? Curious what you think — let us know in the comments.

Episode 003 of our YouTube series REC:DH is live. This time we’re joined by our dear friend Craig Heneveld @craigheneveld with a modular synthesis live set. //Craig is a hardware-focused techno artist whose sound blends hypnotic, dynamic rhythms with the raw energy of rave culture. Rooted in Florida’s breakbeat scene and shaped by early punk influences, his music bridges high-intensity groove with deep, atmospheric experimentation. Working intuitively with modular synthesis and hands-on machines, he creates immersive, improvisational live performances driven by discovery and spontaneity. With multiple EPs released in 2024–2025 and support from artists like Eric Cloutier and Rene Wise, Craig continues to evolve through his self-released label, Deciduous Circuits, exploring the intersection of technology, emotion, and underground club music.// Subscribe to our channel to hear the full session—you don’t want to miss this wizard.
