Tonight’s madness… Sri Lankan fish curry inspired by the legend Dan Toombs 🍛🔥 @thecurryguy Cooked low and slow on the Kamado Joe with proper curry leaves, spices and that rich coconut sauce that hits you straight in the soul 😮‍💨🇱🇰 Honestly feels like sitting on a beach in Sri Lanka with a cold beer and a sea breeze… not standing in the garden in Britain wrapped in BBQ smoke 😂 STOP ordering rubbish takeaways. Get outside. Light the fire. Cook something proper 🔥 #ClokeCooks #SriLankanFishCurry #TheCurryGuy #KamadoJoeUK #LiveFireCooking BBQCulture OutdoorChef FishCurry CurryNight FoodieUK SmokeAndSpice BBQVibes KamadoLife

Chicken Anarkali is a rich, creamy North Indian–style curry inspired by Mughlai cooking. It’s part of the same culinary family as dishes like korma, but it usually has a slightly deeper, more aromatic spice profile and a velvety texture that’s absolutely irresistible. If you love bold, punchy curries that wake up your taste buds, you’re going to love this Khatta lamb curry! This is a beautifully balanced curry where the tang comes from ingredients like tamarind, yoghurt or dried mango powder, mellowed with slow-cooked lamb and warming spices. When it comes to sandwiches, the Japanese katsu sando is my current favourite. Although that probably doesn’t mean much - I say that every time I find a new one I like. Still… katsu sandos are hard to beat. What’s the best sandwich filling you’ve had lately? Always looking for something new to try. RECIPE LINK IN STORY or search my website (link in bio)

Hong Kong Brisket Curry is now one of my all-time favourite Chinese recipes. This is really a slow cooked stew. It can be served over fried potatoes but I prefer it over noodles. If there is one Chinese dish you need to try, give this curry a go! Recipe link in story or search my website (link in bio)

What’s your spice level? 🔥 Not a curry but something that’ll seriously upgrade your BBQ. If you like a bit of heat, this chilli jam is the one. See just how I made my chili cheeseburger in my story
