Jeff started his work in the kitchen as a line-cook then attended UH Maui’s culinary program. From there he executed experimental chef’s table pop-ups then worked as an executive chef for numerous properties.
During COVID in 2020 he and his wife/creative partner
@kailischeer sold hand-made sourdough pizzas from their home as a way to stay creative and connected to the Maui community. In 2021 they took a leap and opened their own restaurant, MARLOW, a beautiful cafe with a heart for community and a belief that food from your farmers will forever be the most flavorful option.
As restaurateurs their growth + learning is constant and they’re currently eyeing an exciting expansion to their breads and bakery program which we’ll share some “new works” from on May 3!✨🥖✨3 seats remain at link in profile.❤️
