Story? Mind, Body and Sole is the 4th project in the ongoing Story? series. It is a collaboration between Kevin Bohan Art, Grainne Walker - Creative Connections, the Connect 4 project, Emmet O’Brien and Sean Farrell. It is funded by South Dublin County Council Arts Office and Creative Ireland.
This mural and poetry based project is inspired by the Connect 4’s team activities and programmes particularly their Street Work and the impact physical fitness has on positive mental health outcomes amongst their participants.

The Connect 4 Team…
Thanks for all the help Dave, Kelly, Thea and Rob.
Much of the concept behind the mural was inspired by The Connect 4 Project’s ‘street work’ walks, running club, football sessions and the gym work, we chose sport footwear such as trainers, runners and football boots as the main images to tell the ‘Mind, Body & Sole’ Story, of how fitness can have a positive impact on physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.
