Shootout! We did a quick eight microphone drum recording into both the Presonus 32C and the Universal Audio 8P simultaneously to compare the sound quality. Next up will be comparing the quality of the Mackie microphone preamps versus the Presonus.
Edit: in the video I make the point that the Presonus cost me about $1500 where the Universal Audio 8p cost me about $3000, looking them up now it seems that you can grab that Universal Audio Apollo for about $1700 these days!
