One question we get all the time: what exactly is The Coda’s Collective? Is it just weddings? It started that way, but not anymore.
We love our clients so much, and honestly had a little FOMO, that we created The Coda’s Forever Experience. It connects our love for weddings, events, travel, and luxury home goods, letting us be part of the moments that matter most, whether they are petit or grand.
From exclusive travel perks to small-event services with Petit by Coda’s, we’re here to make every celebration and getaway seamless, personal, and unforgettable.

What a year it’s been.
2025 had its challenges, both personally and in business, but it was also full of so many beautiful, unforgettable moments.
This year, we officially stepped into destination weddings and have been so lucky to create magical experiences for incredible clients around the world (can’t believe I get to say that, ahhhhhh). Thank you to all of our clients who have stuck with us as we’ve grown to not only service St. Louis, but Melbourne and beyond.
I’m so excited to see where 2026 takes us, and no matter what, we’ll keep staying goofy and curious, always looking forward to what’s on the other side of the door.
I’ll be back in St. Louis for the spring and summer wedding season, so hit me up. We are currently booking, follow the link in my bio!

From mood boards to reality, every design deserves a story.
For us, each wedding begins with a visual narrative showing how we imagine your day will feel for you and your guests.
Here’s a peek at A & T’s wedding with their mood boards, inspo, and the story behind it all. Candlelit luxury in Mexico in spring, natural browns, fresh seasonal vibes, warm white florals, sleek dinnerware, and handwritten calligraphy. Every corner had a touch of elegance and every detail was curated for an effortless, elevated feel.

Word on the street is…the Coda’s Candle Collection is making its return in Autumn 2026 👀
And yes, we’ve been busy—there are some brand new scents waiting for you too. From bright citrus notes to warm woods and dreamy florals, each candle was crafted to capture a little piece of Coda’s magic. ✨
Can’t wait to share the glow with you!
August is National Black Business Month, and I’m so grateful to be part of a community full of visionaries, dreamers, and doers.
If you’re new here—hey, I’m Charley, your fairy godmuva 🧚🏾♀️. I started The Coda’s Collective to shift the way we think about weddings, events, and travel. For me, it’s never just about timelines or checklists—it’s about experiences that feel intentional, personal, and a little magical.
Outside of work, I’m a proud soon-to-be mama (surprise 👩🏾🍼), dog mom to Koda 🐾, forever chasing tacos (extra guac, no questions 🌮), and your classic Pisces with a Gemini moon—aka a hopeless romantic with lil bit of spice.
This month, I’m raising a glass to not just my journey, but to every Black-owned business pouring beauty, creativity, and excellence into the world.
