We are constantly taught to look younger, but no one tells us about how to feel good as we age.
And that’s exactly why we love to talk with @fionalambertofficial about aging, wellness, and healthy habits. She is the perfect example of how full of life and curiosity you can be in your sixties. A lot of this comes down to healthy habits and mentality, but also to how our cells work as we age.
Evidence shows that our NAD+ levels decline as we age, and this molecule is key for our cells to produce energy.
