Throw back to some tasty local cheeses in one of my new favourite spots down here in the South of France!
The cheese upfront is a Chèvre de Saint-Cyr, a high moisture, crumbly number made at the Fromagerie des hautes garrigues.
It has been dowsed with some excellent olive oil and a few local herbs ⌠just the dessert I needed when I wasnât in the mood for sweet!
This was at a beachside, outdoor restaurant called Tonton Ju - recommended to me by my pal @cigalonkitchen (when in London go here to eat!) and I can see it firmly becoming a go-to favourite.
