When I first landed in the UK, all I hoped for was to achieve even a fraction of what I’d built back home in Australia, just to be seen, and given a chance in this industry. Fast forward ten years… and here I am, working alongside the very best, while carving out a legacy of my own.
It is difficult to suppress the emotions as I announce that I am now in the position to establish my own company. For those who have been by my side since my initial arrival in London with only two suitcases, you understand the profound significance of this moment. And to those I have encountered throughout this journey, you are equally integral to this achievement.

After spending four years at Bauer Media Group, Carmela founded The CC Mode.
During her time at Bauer, she was involved in producing viral videos and digital formats, such as 'Answers The Internet', and 'My Teenage Self'.
She played a crucial role in securing exclusive access to top entertainers like Meryl Streep, Angelina Jolie, Lin-Manuel Miranda, Ricky Gervais, and Tom Holland for UK radio.
Throughout her illustrious career, Carmela has worked with a star-studded roster, which includes renowned names like Ed Sheeran, Dua Lipa, Selena Gomez, Jason Momoa, and Anne Hathaway.
Her contributions to Bauer Media extended to various radio brands, like KISS FM, and Magic Radio, plus lifestyle publishing ventures, such as GRAZIA, and heatworld.
Now, as the Founder and Director of The CC Mode, she continues to make a significant impact in the media industry.
