Peer Leadership & Facilitation Training 💥
Had a really lovely day today digging into all things leadership and facilitation with Lesley from Ubiquitous Arts and @ashlowesmusic
Lots of very useful conversations about what it actually takes to lead a space, not just “being in charge” but supporting people, reading the room, and creating something everyone can be part of.
This is a big part of how we think about progression – supporting young people coming through @youngmusiciansproject to step into leadership, build confidence, and try things out in a real way.
Great to have current + future Peer Leaders in the room, plus volunteers from @thebunkercic who do such mint work, too ✨
Felt like one of those days where something’s starting to grow 🌱
