Anwar Maqsood is a Pakistani writer, satirist, humorist, painter, actor, and TV presenter. His dry wit and keen eye for satire helped define the national television corporation PTV in the 1970s and 80s.

Malala Yousafzai made headlines in 2012 when she survived an assassination attempt by the Taliban for advocating for female education. She continued speaking up for girlsā rights following this ordeal and became the youngest person to receive a Nobel Peace Prize.

As a barrister in the All-India Muslim League, Muhammad Ali Jinnah was instrumental in the formation of Pakistan. Known as Quaid-e-Azam (Great Leader), he served as the nascent countryās first governor-general until his death just one year later.
