The year I chose happiness ✨✨
Before this year, I really can’t remember any birthday I had post -Uni where I was truly happy, there was always something!! There was always a reason to cry sad tears, there was always something that made me mad, from expectations to disappointments, to a sense of an unfulfilled life!! I mean I was really judging myself HARD !!! I had things I thought I would have or should have done before a certain age, and I hadn’t done any of them, so I’d cry and ask myself what exactly was worth celebrating ?? But this year, I had to to start talking to and convincing myself quite early in year, that come what may, I’d still be happy because life is for the living 💖 Super grateful for the love from my support systems, who always remind me of my BAD-ASSNESS 😂 when I can’t see it for myself and I won’t trade those guys for anything!! So here’s to another year round the sun, to laughter, love and all the beautiful things life has to offer 🥰🥰
