Sesiones de nivel altísimo, así que tocaba ponerle a prueba…
Le lancé varios retos de powermoves para ver hasta dónde podía llevarlos.

– Simulación de escenarios de batalla para tomar decisiones bajo presión
– Gestión del timing, energía y pausas
– Control emocional para ejecutar incluso en momentos de estrés
No se trata solo de entrenar más, sino de entrenar inteligente.
