On The Rise | Part 2: The Block Being on @theblockcbc was a milestone for me. I’ve always wanted to speak about my creative mindset and music on a radio show, better yet coming from the city, and I’m so happy my first time was with this amazing crew. The one thing I’ve learned about myself being in this game, is that you can’t give up on your ideas. Every single song I’ve made has been created by being completely free - and not judging the first idea in the moment. You can’t judge something so pure. But you can build on it. Even if the idea starts out plain, you can always take it day by day and expand your thinking of ways to approach it or let inspiration take you by.
