Thank you to @futuregeninvest for the invitation to participate in the Future Generation Shareholder Presentation last week at The Fullerton Hotel. It was a great opportunity to meet so many passionate shareholders and discuss the work we do at the ACMF.
We are so proud to be a Telethon Beneficiary in 2026. Last week we sat with 147 other beneficiaries who collectively are improving the lives of sick, vulnerable and disadvantaged children in WA. Thank you @telethon7 for all your support of the Australian Children’s Music Foundation. Thanks to your funding we are able to deliver long term music education to children who would otherwise miss out. From Geraldton to Broome and more we are changing young lives through the power of music.
Recently the ACMF was honored to particpate in a Ministerial Roundtable with the Federal Minister for Education, @jasonclaremp . We were encouraged by the active interest of Minister Jason Clare. The Minister was highly engaged throughout the season, asking insightful questions and showing genuine interest in how we can bridge the gap in access for children across the country. Thank you to @susantemplemanmp and advisor @guy.betts for your passion and understanding of the value of music education and to Music Education: Right From The Start for your investment in this important advocacy work.
Sometimes a smile can say more than a thousand words!!!’ These are a few of the students, parents and teachers who participate in our ACMF music programs. A huge thank you to our friends @frontiertouring and @teddysphotos for your support and providing tickets to Ed Sheeran concerts to our ACMF family across Australia - making dreams came true for so many of them who have never been to a concert before. We are so grateful to have partners who understand that music education matters 🙏.@denisedsylva

“I put a Facebook call out and ended up with 12 violins” says Matt Zarb our ACMF teacher at Upper Lansdowne School. What a treat it has been for these enthusiastic young students who are now in an ensemble and learning how to play the violin on top of the music program the ACMF delivers each week to the school. “It’s really bringing everyone together as music does” Matt observes. “The school is so proactive and supportive of all we bring to them”.
A huge thank you to the incredible cast of @mjthemusicalau for taking the time to visit the students at Dinjerra Public School in Melbourne where the ACMF runs a music program. It is a moment the students and teachers will never forget. The cast taught the students some fabulous dance moves, and they all sang several of the shows incredible hits. A big shout out also to @michaelcasselgroup for your ongoing support via bucket donations at the shows and for all your passion in making this happen we are truly grateful. Together we are creating memories and providing vital music education to children who would otherwise miss out.
