🌶️ PIQUILLO SALAD 🌶️
•For 4 people 👨🏻🦱👩🏻👩🏼🦱👨🏻🦱
•Ready in 40 min ⏰
*10-12 small size red peppers
*Extra Virgin Olive Oil - Preferably our GOLDLIS
*3 Medium size white onions
*1 can of quality tuna
*3 teaspoons of sugar
*a pinch of salt
Here is a quick and delicious Spanish 🪭 recipe, Roasted Red Peppers with Caramelized Onions and Tuna:
1- Peel and julienne the onions.
In a pan, heat some olive oil and sauté the onions with a pinch of salt until translucent. Then, add the sugar and let it reduce. Set aside.
2- Preheat the oven to 200ºC. Lightly grease a large baking tray or dish. Place the peppers on top without overcrowding them. Drizzle with some extra virgin olive oil and massage them to make sure they are well coated.
3- Roast in the middle of the oven for about 25-35 minutes, flipping them halfway through. Arrange the peppers around the plate, add the caramelized onions, and place the tuna chunks in the center.
Serve and disfruta!
