Today, our story turns a new page. We are thrilled to announce the opening of @lore_collingwood , our new restaurant in downtown Collingwood. It’s been a wild few months getting all the details in place - and somehow, here we are. A new space, a new menu of shared plates, and the chance to tell familiar stories in unexpected ways. To the team who built this with us, and to every guest who has ever dined at The Pine - thank you. We wouldn’t be here without you. We hope to see you at L O R E soon. 🙏
