Anytime women and especially ambitious, outspoken women step into conversations about power, money, and entrepreneurship… suddenly it’s “too much.” Too assertive. Too bold. Too… loud.
My take? Women belong in these rooms. END OF STORY. Black women are among the most educated groups in the U.S. We are not just participating in business… we’re leading it.
So the real question is why are people still uncomfortable with the idea that women are hungry for money? Are hungry for power? Are hungry for success? AND also hungry to be wives, mothers and whatever and whoever else they want to be.
